Course aims

The course provides an opportunity for students to develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of the world in which we live.
  • promote a balanced view of modern Geography
  • examining patterns in the landscape and the recurrent processes contributing
  • examine current global issues
  • examine global governance
  • develop investigative skills through field enquiry

Entry requirements

A Grade 5 or above in Geography GCSE as well as a Grade 5 in GCSE English and Maths.

If you are not choosing A Level Mathematics, you are required to take Mathematical Studies complement this subject.
